Traditional project delivery methods we work with;
Design-Bid-Build: The method typically involves three sequential project phases; design, bidding, and construction. In this traditional method, the client contracts with separate entities for the design and construction of a project. SIGMA can undertake all those three areas as a single package or one by one. In the design phase, we can contract for a diverse range of design services including architectural, structural, mechanical fire, electrical, municipal infrastructure, interior design, landscaping, and environmental, and also combine them in a single package.
In the bidding phase, we prepare bidding documents and checklists, tendering, evaluate the bids and select the contractor.
In the construction phase; we act as the main contractor to accomplish all construction works and finalize the construction works for handover.
Design and Build: As an architecture, engineering, and construction company, we often utilize this model, where the client and her/his consultant assign one contractor for both design and construction works. By combining design and construction, time optimization is ensured in project execution. SIGMA can provide only design or construction services to the main contractors assigned for design & build projects.
