The Ataerk 2 Logistics Facility is erected at almost 44.600 sqm of land in the Gebze Güzeller Organized Industrial Zone which is an A+ logistics facility following local and international standards.

Ataerk 2 Logistics Warehouse and Administrative Offices

The facility's usable area is almost 26.000 sqm and receives service with a total of 25 doors that 24 doors opening to the loading & unloading bay and one door dedicated to forklifts. The offices and handling area are located on the  3500 sqm mezzanine level. The facility has a 30.000 sqm construction area with technical and mechanical rooms and areas. Its height is 14meters. The primary load-bearing structure comprises reinforced concrete columns and beams to carry the live floor load of 5 tons/m². The building has a steel roof truss.
