Ataerk Logistics Warehouse and Administrative Offices

SIGMA undertook the structural design of the Ataerk Logistics Facility located in Gebze, Kocaeli.

The Ataerk Logistics Facility was constructed at almost 14.700 sqm of land in the Gebze Güzeller Organized Industrial Zone, an A+ logistics facility following local and international standards.

Ataerk Logistics Warehouse and Administrative Offices

The facility has two floors the ground floor is 8.000 sqm and the basement floor is 9.200 sqm.  These two floors have 10 doors opening to the loading & unloading bay and 1 door dedicated to forklifts. The offices and handling areas are located on the mezzanines on each floor. The primary load-bearing structure comprises reinforced concrete columns and beams to carry the live floor load of 5 tons/m². The building has a steel roof truss.
