DB Schenker Arkas Logistics Center has a 12,700 sqm construction area, which will be erected in the Gebze Güzeller Organized Industrial Zone. It is an A+ logistics facility complying with international standards.

The facility has two floors. The ground floor is almost 6800 sqm and receives service from 8 doors opening to loading&unloaidng bay and one door dedicated to the forklifts. The height of the ground floor is 14 meters. The basement floor is almost 8.700 sqm and receives service from 9 doors opening to loading&unloaidng bay and one door dedicated to the forklifts. The height of the ground floor is 13.2 meters. On both floors, a mezzanine level was created for the administration offices and handling areas.
