The ground floor is 35.000 sqm and has 14 meters in height and receives service from 38 loading & unloading bay doors and 2 forklift doors. The basement floor is 25.000 sqm and has 11.5 meters in height and receives service from 28 loading &unloading bay doors and 2 forklift doors. A 9% inclined ramp connecting the loading yards has been designed so that both floors can work independently or can be used by a single tenant if desired. The structure is designed to bear 5 tons/sqm and has a steel truss purlin roof on the column beam frame system.
