The ground floor is 13.100 sqm, and in height 14 meters receives service from 8 loading & unloading bay doors and 1 forklift door. The basement floor is 15.200 sqm and, in height 13 meters, receives service from 8 loading &unloading bay doors and one forklift door. The basement mezzanine of the facility, which is 5.100 m² in size, can also work independently with 4 loading doors. The offices and material handling area are on the mezzanine at both levels. It also has a 700 sqm technical (mechanical) area and a total of 1,200 sqm of administrative office space on two floors. The total built-up area is 27.500 sqm.
