Horoz Logistics Warehouse and Administrative Offices is an A+ facility designed to comply with international and local standards was situated on a 28.700 sqm construction area in Şekerpınar, Kocaeli.

Horoz Logistics Warehouse and Administrative Offcies

The ground floor is 16.400 sqm, and in height 11.5 meters receives service from 33 loading & unloading bay doors and 2 forklift doors. The basement floor is 14.600 sqm and, in height 10 meters, receives service from 8 loading &unloading bay doors and one forklift door. The basement mezzanine of the facility, which is 5.100 m² in size, can also work independently with 4 loading doors. The offices and material handling area are on the mezzanine at both levels.

The structure is designed to bear 5 tons/sqm and has a steel truss purlin roof on the column beam frame system.
