The hotel is located on the Manisa-İzmir highway and spreads out almost 25.000 sqm of land. The 5-star hotel has 250 beds.

Due to the topography of the land, guest rooms are planned on the levels under the ground level. The entrance of the hotel is on the highway level. Meeting rooms, dining areas, restaurants, shops, and socializing areas are on the ground level.
