Jokey Plastik Logistics Warehouse and Administrative Offices

It has a 14.300 built-up area, including an 11.800 sqm production hall, 1.800 sqm office space, and 700 sqm mechanical and technical spaces situated on a 20.000 sqm area of land.

The structure is designed to bear 5 tons/sqm and has a steel truss purlin roof on the column beam frame system.

The hygiene was critical, as much as the workflow chart. SIGMA used the land slope to create preparation, production, and storage levels to separate them from each other.
