Kontek Logistics Warehouse and Offices is an A+ facility designed to comply with international and local standards. It was situated on a 23.800 sqm construction area in Gebze Güzeller Industrial District, Kocaeli.

Kontek Logistics Warehouse and Administrative Offices

The ground floor is 12.000 sqm, and in height, 14 meters receives service from 13 loading & unloading bay doors and one forklift door. The 1st basement floor is 15.000 sqm and, in height 11.5 meters, receives service from 15 loading &unloading bay doors and one forklift door. Both floors can be used independently however a 9% inclined ramp connects the loading yards so that they can be used together. The offices and material handling area are on the mezzanine at both levels.

The structure is designed to bear 5 tons/sqm and has a steel truss purlin roof on the column beam frame system.
