SIGMA managed the renovation and re-functioning works of an outdated building to reuse as the Headqu

2 steel structures were constructed within the building to create intermediate floors. With the additional floors, the number of the stories increased to 10 and the total usable area increased from 31.000 sqm to 35.000 sqm.

Steel structures were used to create meeting rooms. Atrium staircase and balconies built and elevators, elevators with panoramic view installed. The building was constructed as shell&core with provisions for electromechanical services. 800 sqm car park area created next to the headquarters. However, the project was canceled by the client without completion.
