SIGMA's renovation design is based on keeping only the load-bearing structure and demolishing the rest of the building to re-function it as a hotel. The historical building's facade and roof re-designed.

Lady Diana Hotel

We worked on this project under outbreak conditions constricting the office and construction works in 2020. First, we focused on the load-bearing system and strengthened it. The hotel's building area is about 3.700 sqm. We designed luxury 80 rooms, a rooftop restaurant, a spa, and a Turkish bath.

SIGMA's multidisciplinary team included architects and interior designers, structural, mechanical, electrical engineers, and technicians who worked in the BIM environment.
