SIGMA delivered the structural design of the logistics warehouse in 2012.

Mercan Logistics Warehouse and Administrative Offices
Mercan Logistics Warehouse is in Gebze Güzeller Industrial District is on 18.400 sqm of construction land. The warehouse's built-up area is 25.000 sqm, including technical and mechanical areas. It is an A+ logistics facility complying with international and local standards.

Mercan Logistics Warehouse and Administrative Offices

The ground floor is 9.400 sqm, and 14 meters in height receives service from 9 loading & unloading bay doors and one forklift door.

The 1st basement floor is 10.400 sqm and, in height 11.5 meters, receives service from 10 loading &unloading bay doors and one forklift door. The offices and material handling area are on the mezzanine at both levels.

The structure is designed to bear 5 tons/sqm and has a steel truss purlin roof on the column beam frame system.
